Hyundai India to Launch Creta on July 21, 2015, The company is expecting a monthly sales of 4,000 units to 5,000 units for the Creta and also a gain of 10 per cent share in the utility vehicle segment in a short span. In order to achieve this, the company also plans to launch an automatic variant of the Creta at around Rs 12 lakh, which will change the game because the next automatic SUV comes only at Rs 23 lakh. There will be three engine options for the Creta,  - 1.6-liter and 1.4 CRDi and 1.6-liter naturally aspirated petrol. The SUV will feature 6-speed manual for diesel and 5-speed manual for petrol while 6-speed automatic is also expected on both the fuel options. Moreover, Hyundai is hoping to sell around 4-5K units monthly while prices are expected to be in the vicinity of Renault Duster.
